We have been using the services of Marcus and his team at MDS Structural over the last 2 years. The experience that Marcus and his team have works brilliantly with our business due to their extensive understating of PLC house-builders and the varying constraints and opportunities that exist on a development. We have found many designers can design, but not all of them are as adept at coming up with valued engineered solutions as the team at MDS Structural. 

The members of the team are happy to and have the skillset to deal with minor house-type queries relating to NHBC structures and sign-offs as well as detailed design on schemes of circa 400 homes.

Structural engineers in varying companies can at times overdesign to ensure their PI (professional insurance) is kept intact but we have always found the designs from MDS to be robust yet functional, buildable, and cost effective.
